Is there a delivery charge?
Yes, there is a delivery charge for some items. It can be reviewed on the Pay Pal check out before you finalize your purchase. Items with free delivery will be stated as such, and you will pay no delivery charge on that particular item.
How are my prints sent?
Your prints are suitably packaged for safe transit before being sent via a road service.
How long will delivery take?
Depending on your location delivery should occur within 1-2 weeks for Metropolitan areas. Please note remote areas may take considerably longer.
Is my order tracked?
Yes in most cases you will be provided with a tracking number. Please provide a mobile phone number during check out if you wish to receive this by SMS.
Do I need to sign for my order on delivery?
Yes, someone will need to sign for your order on delivery.
Do you accept international orders?
Light Play Images currently only accepts orders from within Australia.

How to best view the website?
For the best user experience (in particular viewing the images) the website should have the browser set at 100% zoom and scripts (java script) should be allowed to run. Image quality will decrease at higher zoom levels.
